My expertise sits at the intersection of workforce development, program design, and team leadership. I am driven by the belief that everyone is entitled to a fulfilling, challenging career, and I have worked with learners and workers of all ages and backgrounds to help them elevate their careers and realize their goals.
My strengths span team leadership and strategy, partner relations, program design and management, curriculum development, facilitation, and 1:1 coaching, which I have developed in the edtech, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. I’m motivated by the people around me, whether that be my direct team, a partner, my colleagues, or a student I’m coaching.
After a 10-month work hiatus that I spent hiking, biking, and camping across the western United States and Canada, I’m excited and ready to put down new roots in the Boulder, CO area. I am currently available for full-time opportunities in workforce development, program design, talent development, people operations, career/professional readiness, and curriculum design.
