Montana, July 2022

I have wanted to WWOOF for over a decade, but never had the time to dedicate to it while working full time. So, when three weeks opened up in July at the last minute, I decided to take an impromptu trip to Montana to stay on a farm in St. Ignatius on the Flathead Reservation, outside Missoula. It was a whirlwind, and these photos don’t begin to capture the range of experiences I had, from spotting bears and bighorn sheep to whitewater rafting, from attending a pow wow to jumping off bridges into rivers. This corner of Montana is magical.
