Utah, November 2022

I’m always the first to kvetch about the desert, but even I can’t think of a bad thing to say about Utah. We were ecstatic to share this part of our trip with two of our dear friends, Matt and Maddie, who came out to spend Thanksgiving with us near Zion. Even the chilly weather and an only semi-functioning heater couldn’t spoil Utah for us; it’s a spectacular state unlike any other. When we’re here we feel like we’re in someone’s hand-curated biodome containing all the coolest stuff in nature.
